Students and young professionals aged 18 to 30 from any discipline, plus researchers, practitioners and partners who want to work alongside them. Every delegate joins a focus area: Youth Leadership 2030, Climate Action, Policy & Governance or Sustainable Innovation.

Yes, on every tier. Scholarships cover the ticket and, where needed, travel and accommodation. Applications run separately from booking — email scholarships@wfis.org and we will send the form for the next round.

Full refunds up to six weeks before the summit, 50% until two weeks before. After that your ticket is transferable to another person at no cost.

No. We hold room blocks at partner hotels near each venue and send booking codes with your confirmation email, typically 30–40% below public rates.

Confirmed delegates receive an official invitation letter within 48 hours of booking. Book at least twelve weeks ahead if you need a Schengen appointment.

Yes — choose “Invoice my institution” at checkout. We issue a 30-day invoice and hold your place while it is processed.
